What online therapy platform do you use and how does it work?
Creating Connection Counseling uses a HIPPA-compliant telehealth application (Zoom). A free downloadable application is required for your computer or smart phone. We recommend you make sure you are in a space that is quiet and free from distractions.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Longer sessions are scheduled as needed.

$160 per 50-minute session

Do you accept insurance?
No. We are an out-of-network provider. A Superbill will be provided, per request, for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) clients.
What is your cancellation policy if I cannot make a session?
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Full session fees will be charged for cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice.
