We provide you with a professional, clean, and safe environment conveniently located in Roseville. Our offices are on the first floor right by the main entrance to the office building. Enjoy our meditative spa music and a cup of relaxing tea in our private waiting room before your sessions. Your therapist will greet you in our waiting room and bring you back to their private and spacious office where your session will begin. Online sessions are also available.

During our first session, we will establish a mutual understanding of what you hope to gain from the therapy process. We have a direct and kind approach. We provide the space and time for clarity of thought. The office is free of distractions and a clean space for you to be present to receive help.

We provide a nonjudgmental and collaborative environment by seeking perspective from all sides and encouraging questions to gain understanding. We can only be honest with ourselves after we know our Truth.

Internal Family Systems is the foundation for the work we do. We believe that each person has a core self that is grounded and centered. We also have parts of ourselves that need to be acknowledged, witnessed, relieved of trauma from the past, and validated by us. We will invite you to get to know your issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, relationships) through a new understanding of why your issues have been working so hard for you. We explore ways for issues to have a new job, so they do not have to be so intense or cause you stress. Acceptance is the objective to self-love.

Having a better understanding of your past and present is fundamental to moving into your future. Understanding how you feel in your body can give you much insight into your thoughts and behaviors. We teach you how to pay attention and notice what you are feeling.

We take time to explore how some of your behaviors are creating unhealthy patterns in your life and target actions to track negative thoughts and communications. Has it become your habit to look for the negative? We can help you see there is another side.
